4. Product Purchases

• Firearm Sales:
  • All firearm purchases are subject to federal and state background checks through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL). Firearms will only be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer, who will facilitate the transfer in compliance with applicable laws.
  • You are responsible for selecting a valid FFL dealer and ensuring they are willing to receive and transfer the firearm.
  • Additional fees, such as transfer fees charged by the FFL, are your responsibility.
• Ammunition and Accessories: Ammunition and accessory purchases may also be subject to age and geographic restrictions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that do not comply with applicable laws.
• Pricing and Availability: All prices are subject to change without notice. Product availability is not guaranteed, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or cancel orders at our discretion.
• Order Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate information, including shipping and billing details. We are not responsible for delays or issues caused by inaccurate information.

5. Shipping and Delivery

• Firearms: Firearms will only be shipped to a licensed FFL dealer. You must arrange for the FFL to provide us with a copy of their license before shipment.
• Ammunition: Ammunition may require adult signature upon delivery and may not be shipped to certain jurisdictions (e.g., California, New York, or other restricted areas).
• Shipping Restrictions: We do not ship to PO boxes or outside the United States. Additional restrictions may apply based on carrier policies or local laws.
• Risk of Loss: Risk of loss transfers to you once the product is delivered to the FFL or shipping carrier, as applicable.

6. Returns and Refunds

• Firearms: No returns are accepted on firearms due to federal and state regulations, except in cases of defect or error on our part. Any approved returns must be coordinated with the receiving FFL and comply with all applicable laws.
• Ammunition: No returns are accepted on ammunition due to safety and regulatory concerns, except in cases of defect or error on our part.
• Accessories and Optics: Accessories and optics may be returned within 14 days (2 weeks) from the date of delivery, provided they are in unused, original condition with all packaging and documentation intact. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. Refunds for approved returns will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method, less any applicable restocking or shipping fees.
